If you are attending the NCTE Convention in New York City, consider coming the Notable Children's Books in the Language Arts session on Sunday afternoon. After viewing the committee's presentation of the 2007 list you can join in round table conversations with nine (count 'em, nine!) Notable Book authors and illustrators including: Ann Bausum, Margarita Engle, Helen Frost, Gail Carson Levine, Cynthia Lord, David McLimans, Christopher Myers, Mark Siegel, and Catherine Thimmesh.
