I believe JK mentioned in a web chat that Luna married the grandson of Newt Scamander, author of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them".

I thought the Malfoys were out of favor with Voldemort because Draco was unable to kill Dumbledore as he had been instructed to do. I also think I read that Luna ended up with Dean, but I'm not sure of that.
