Apparently not. I thought it odd that Voldy couldn't sense the horcruxes being destroyed, but he thought the diary was just a fluke. It wasn't until Bellatrix thought the sword had been stolen from her vault that Voldy started fearing for his horcruxes. Before that he was just too arrogant to believe that anyone could figure out his 'fool proof' plan.

However, I'm still puzzled by the horcruxes. It seems to me that as each is destroyed that Voldemort, losing parts of his soul, would get weaker and weaker. My husband says, "It's magic. Deal with it." But it still bothers me. Was anyone else troubled by this? Is this a better explanation that
"it's magic"?
