Sally, I read your previous post on this subject and am at a loss as to why you would feel chastised. You didn't say anything that I wouldn't agree with myself and countless other authors and booksellers as well. I respect the words Norma Jean posted to the list tremendously. I thought it was great to have a publisher's take on the discussion. But her words, in my mind, do not invalidate your earlier post nor my thoughts on the matter...they just add a diferent take, an additional dimension, to our individual understanding of the business side of publishing. :-)
