So...today Simon & Schuster posts a site on books to celebrate America tying in with the 4th of July.
  I have done two large, well-reviewed, good selling titles with the house, MY AMERICA and HAND IN HAND, both of which are ignored. What is cited is a book by Lynn Cheney!
  Government rules again!
