I understand the credibility issue--and wanting to protect kids against the next big bad wolf.
BUT--Madonna's come a long way in her own life and her words/stories have to make it with us--or not--on their own.
I can't help thinking of being delighted with the words of O Henry's "Gift of the Magi" or "Ransom of Red Chief". In his own "real" life, he'd embezzled bank funds and been jailed. His WORDS and stories were pure?
