I read _Burned_, and I just loved it. For me, at least, the free verse made it a much higher impact story. I don't know whether I would have liked it as well in prose. Something about poetry seems to get right to the heart of the emotions involved, I think. I haven't read _Impulse_ or
_Crank_ yet, but I can't wait!
