Yes, that booklist is an excellent resource. Also look at the current lists of publishers who have won the award previously: for example, Arthur Levine/Scholastic, as noted below, but also Farrar Straus Giroux, Walter Lorraine/Houghton Mifflin, Front Street, Delacorte, Miramax/Hyperion, etc.
