Don't forget, Captain Underpants has been challenged repeatedly for 'potty humor'! (My son loves the books, and I agree. They are quite fun! "His secret identity is so secret even HE doesn't know what it is!" LOL)
I wouldn't be surprised if those you mentioned have also been the 'victims' of challenges.
