I'm having the exact same problem (not surprising since I'm in the same system as Mary). I have a feeling that people are scrambling to get this book all over the place! I went to several book stores in Seattle after the press conference announcing the winners, and none of them had it. I really want to read it...I wish we could delay this discussion a couple months so that I could contribute more!
