hello~ i know it seems a bit far away but summer break will be here sooner than we imagine.

i am interested in some sort of program that will allow me to travel to either europe or india this summer but (here's the catch) at a low cost. the fulbright program application ended in october and i have looked at a few others.

if you know of any sort of grant or exchange program that meets this criteria would you please post it or send directly to me.
