[CCBC-Net] Shorter Books for Taller Readers book lists

Because staff were getting so many requests for books recommendations for struggling readers, and because our state department of education sends info home to parents using Lexiles (and then parents ask why we don't have our books arranged by Lexile or grade level), Multnomah County Library developed these finding aids, which we have in hard copy and online:

The two Shorter Books for Taller Readers lists appear under the 'By grade' section. Hope they are helpful.
