Loved it! Here's my review for our book selection committee:
"Clementine is having a 'not so good of a week,' which involves several trips to the principal, some bad haircutting and coloring adventures, yucky eggs, a falling out with her sometime friend (and neighbor), and concerns that her parents are planning to get rid of her. Delightful illustrations by Marla Frazee are reminiscent of Hilary Knight's illustrations of Eloise-and in fact the two girls share the misfortune of getting into trouble at every turn without meaning to. Clementine, though, is a more humble protagonist, and young readers will want more books about her. Highly recommended."
