Oh, gee! The list of titles are endless! You might want to try just browsing through Borders Children music section. They're a bit higher priced, but will give you an idea of what is out there.
Personally, I'd recommend the Wee Sing selection. They usually feature sing-a-longs with rhymes and finger plays, they come with a song book (you could make them into a 'kit' in a bag) that are easy to read, and you can buy separate coloring books for copying coloring sheet hand outs.
Raffi is still popular, as is Fred Penner ("The cat came back").
