Blankoops...actually sent this yesterday...but didn't have the correct listserv address -- so here it is again...
I'm a bit of a lurker most of the time on this list ... but wanted to share the link to the section on reading aloud on my website: http://drgabb.com/LA_lit/SPECIFIC_AREAS/readaloud/rdaloud_MAIN.htm
I'm counting on anyone reading the Powerpoint to give me the credit for developing this ... and to contact me if you have further questions. The secret to getting to the Powerpoint presentation is: Click on the ICON (little picture of book) next to the heading "The Interrogatives of Reading Aloud" and the PP will appear. I presented this workshop to a range of ESL teachers in Rhode Island last year.
Do let me know if you plan to use it. Hope you find this page helpful.
