On Thursday, we'll being the August Discussion:
*Reluctant Readers: What Do You Recommend? *As much as we wish every child would love to read, the truth is that many find reading--or the thought of reading--anything but appealing. What books do you recommend for children who /can /read but don't /want /to read? Do you have any tried and true titles that have helped turn a child who "hates" to read into a lover of books--or at least one book? We'll spend the month of August suggesting books to share with reluctant child readers.
