Hi. In response to our board meeting, I'm trying to design a Traveling Friends of the CCBC Membership box and the processes that go with it.

Please send me any suggestions for content of the box and/or process. We'll sign off on this at our next meeting, I hope.

Traveling Friends of the CCBC Membership Box: (I'm picturing some portable handled box)

Supplies: 15 Choices stuffed with a "welcome" letter. 50 Membership cards (blank type variety) 50 tri-fold membership brochures 5 Manila Envelopes Sign w/easel to put on table (needs to be made) that says something like: Support the CCBC Dated listing of current members Notebook for leaving comments 4 pens

Process if we receive memberships: Put the following into a manila envelope and return to the membership file in the Friends of the CCBC filing cabinet.

Label envelope with your name, phone number, email address, date and event you covered.
  Filled out membership forms (including name, address, email, level of membership, how paid (cash, check (with #))

Cash or checks

Please mark on all membership forms whether or not you gave them their cards, welcome letters and Choices.


Return the membership box to the CCBC and refill quantities that were given away.
