HOW TO MAKE AN EARTHQUAKE:
I remember Crockett Johnson telling me the funniest story about this book when it was published. It didn't sell well. He felt the reason was librarians didn't know how to catalogue it so they placed it with 'how to' books.
Krauss & Johnston were not only the wittiest writers, they were the wittiest individuals I've ever met.
