[CCBC-Net] Holocaust

I am inclined to agree with Monica. I was the librarian for many years at a school with an excellent history curriculum, and I worked with a fifth-grade teacher to select picture books that could be used by fifth-graders as part of a unit on World War II. The unit also included non-fiction books. I don't have access to the specific titles, but we felt that this approach gave students age 10 or 11 a good understanding of a topic that would not have had such meaning at an earlier age.
