Carl Sandburg's poems, songs and poetic Rutabaga stories are brought alive wonderfully by Angela Lloyd, Bill Harley and Carol Birch (all terrific storytellers) on the recording Sandburg Out Loud. They really make the work accessible, and bring out both the humor and poignancy for people of all ages. Whenever there is any chance to recommend this SUPERB recording I HAVE to do so.
