[CCBC-Net] Among the Hidden series

As an adult reader I have been drawn to this series because of the suspense but also for the original thinking that goes into each one. The author's books all set a tone for making us consider the implications of society's group decisions and 'laws'. I appreciate this type of higher level thinking in Margaret Peterson Haddix books. I have not found that middle school age readers take off on the series as I did, but there have been some students, like me, who after reading one title want any others by this author. I would like to see more awareness created for these titles.
