For everyone in the New York City area I would like to invite you to the kickoff event for our new early literacy campaign, Brooklyn Reads to Babies. We will be screening a new award-winning short film, READING WITH BABIES, by Susan Straub, creator and director of READ TO ME, an intergenerational reading program. Susan will be on hand to discuss the film. Several Brooklyn children's authors and illustrators will also be there. Babies and toddlers are welcome! Child-friendly refreshments will be served.
