Just tonight on the TV news there was a piece about psychologists who spoke of the tremendous need for children to be able to tell their stories.... I gather from Norma's post that Scholastic is trying to provide the means for that
-- but I'm sure they need people, too, who can encourage the kids to tell/write/draw their stories and provide a little respite for their exhausted parents.
I'm not so sure that readers wouldn't be welcome, but I don't know. Maybe that would be best put off until people are a bit more settled in more long-term housing, camps, wherever?
