I just returned from a few weeks in England, and every train and tube ride I took, I saw at least one person -- often an adult -- reading The Book. I had many spirited conversations with kids and adults about the ending. I've got no theories -- I was taken by surprise -- but am eagerly reading yours. I'm still waiting for Harry to resurrect Sirius's mirror from Book 5. Lots of loose ends for Book 7. BTW, my daughter (22, and a devoted fan) pointed out that RAB is Sirius's brother.
