A response from a friend on a Harry Potter board says that the confrontation between Dumbledore and Malfoy is different in the UK version, in that they do not include the cryptic comments about "hiding Malfoy" and "If he thinks you are dead, he won't try to kill you".
That would be an interesting omission. Can anyone verify this? Why wouldn't it be in the British editions?
