Magen,

I was disappointed in this latest Harry Potter, because I though it took so long to get to any real action.

As for the interest in Harry Potter - It has not slowed down one bit. The only difference between the latest Harry Potter and the previous ones is that more patrons are using the audiobook and CD versions. And Jim Dale is so great as the narrator that you really enjoy the tapes.

oiler, please clearly label your post: SPOILER. ow that all of the media hype and first?y frenzy has dissipated, do you find the book and series continues to hold their attention? Are they finishing book six and starting it over again? Rereading the prevoius books? Or does the magic seem to be wear ing off? first book debuted, have many of them, unlike Harry, left Hogwarts behind? Or does it still hold a place in their imaginations? irst book was published, as well as those just entering high school. But were the ones I saw on tv or in the newspaper the exception or the rule?
