2. That PABBIS has taken a bunch of posts from last month's ccbcnet discussion, incorrectly identified the source (that ccbcnet is part of ALA) and stuck them on their website."
Who does own the ccbc-net list? That organization should consult their lawyers. I think it would be appropriate to send a "cease and desist" letter regarding the reproduction of copyrighted material
(the messages from this list) on their website without permission. I'm not sure what the next steps would be if the letter did not provide results.
