ALA Poetry Blast

The Second Annual ALA Poetry Blast will be held on Monday, June 27th from 5:30-7:30 pm in Ballroom 1 of the Sheraton Hotel, Chicago. The poets will be: Rebecca Kai Dotlich, Kurt Cyrus, Pat Mora, J. Patrick Lewis, Quincy Troupe, Joyce Sidman, Marilyn Nelson, Jack Prelutsky, Nikki Giovanni, Douglas Florian, Juan Felipe Herrera, and me, Marilyn Singer. I will also be co-hosting with Barbara Genco.
