Last night I finally caught up to *Fleabiscuit,* an enjoyable dog story set in New York City. It is peopled with big-city characters and features a family who busk in the subway as part of NY's MUNY (Music Under New York) program. The author substitutes "badword" in places where characters use - bad words. I liked it.
