I just finished reading HOW I LIVE NOW and was completely captivated by both the voice and the story. It has a quirky take on reality that runs the gamut from hilarious to extremely dark. I can still hear the main character's voice in my head.
Next on my list is Marly Youmans' INGLEDOVE and Anjali Banerjee's MAYA RUNNING.
