Many years ago, we talked with area schools about bringing a "live" poet to our annual author program. You can imagine the response/fear expressed. After a couple of years, we decided to offer the teachers/students a very visual, live poetry presentation. We brought a team from Poetry Alive www.poetryalive.com and fear was gone forever. Poetry Alive returned to the Lake Geneva area many times. Their energy and constant reminders of which book the poems were from helped. Their performances go far beyond WHERE THE SIDEWALK ENDS.
