With all the inane books being published, many by 'celebrity authors' and supposed 'in' books about poop and pee, it is SO refreshing to find a title as wondrous and simple as KITTEN'S FIRST FULL MOON. It proves Henkes a master artist who changes his palette from book to book...always a surprise. And to award this black-and-white illustrated volume, one that will become an instant classic, brings high hope that children will be richer for story and art.
This is a book to purr over.
