I'm sorry that I wasn't able to post this yesterday, but I just wanted to let members who might be in the Milwaukee area in the next few months know that the Milwaukee Art Museum has a wonderful exhibit in the Education Gallery: Stories to Tell and Retell: The Puppets of Ashley Bryan. The exhibit includes about 25 of Bryan's puppets as well as original artwork for several of his books and an excellent short video about his life and work. Visitors of all ages were very involved in viewing, listening, and reading when I was there.
