Perhaps it is a reflection of a majority view, but does anyone know of any series or maybe mini-series of books that prominently features a religion other than Christianity as playing a role in the plot and characters?
(Conversations with God was one that I was able to pick out that did not have a Christian or Jewish view of diety, but that is 'non-fiction').
I think that there is a Jewish character in the Babysitter's club ( I seem to remember this from a holiday book or maybe a tv special), but that's all I can think of at this time.
