Absolutely! I've had 4 kindergarten classes come through in the last 2 weeks for a library visit and to get their first library cards. The Chicago Public Library conducts a library card campaign every fall with the Chicago Public Schools and the private schools as well for children to get either new or replacement library cards. It's been very successful this year so far.
