Here's an idea: Incorporate books into your lessons and have your language arts come from that book. You could also use newspapers, magazines, and comic strips as part of their daily reading. Just make sure you can use it to teach your L.A., or if some students finish ahead of others, let them read until everyone catches up. Hope that helps, Andrea :)
