I have read aloud Ramona Quimby, Age 8 by Beverly Cleary, to my third graders every year for the past 16 years and they still love it (and so do I). They have also been very receptive to The Trumpet of the Swan, Charlotte's Web, and Stuart Little by E.B. White. Anita Czachurski
