What a great creative suggestion. Not only solves the problem of exposure but hands young people more responsibility and power.

Those words can be music to the ears of a young person who wants to read about GLBT issues but is in a school that isn't (yet) safe. I say "yet" because I absolutely agree that times and minds are changing and expanding at a glorious rate. However. Consider making a bookmark that says such a thing. A lot of teens are honored to be trusted and the book is likely to reappear in a timely manner. Not so sure that will happen? Maybe consider curbing costs by purchasing a paperback for this sole reason and/or only partially processing the book to save on supplies and time.
I have really been enjoying your suggestions.
Very Sincerely, Meg Rothstein
