Hi everyone, I have received several off-list messages from members regarding the challenges of keeping up with CCBC-Net, both in terms of the non-linear way in which the conversation is going, and some technical difficulties receiving the digest. Apparently sopme people are not receiving the entire thing. With these challenges in mind, please consider the following tips:

1- Subject headings. Please try to make them as specific as possible, so the digest can be more easily skimmed. If you reply to a message but take the topic to a new place, say so in your subject. I know that I have not been very clever with my subject lines, and I am suffering becasue I can't keep track of what I have already said!

2-Quote previous messages only when it is relevant, and then, please try not to copy the entire thing. It gets very confusing!

3- If you start to hear yourself speak in thought bubbles, or you refer to events in your life as "panels, " RUN to the nearest comic shop for your initiation rites, You're in the club!

Happy Reading Holils
