If you are questioning whether or not graphic novels have value for a variety of readers....I wrote a brief review of our collection for our weekly local newspaper. About a week later, a grandmother came in and asked about them and has since taken every one out. It turns out that her autistic grandson absolutely LOVES them, and the combination of words and pictures makes it a lot easier for him to read them! Kelley Wade
