"book?" called the Secret Origin of Good Readers, which is a fantastic resource for those not yet convinced in thvalue of comics and GN's in the quest for literacy.
And then I would like to add these two:
www.sequentialtart.com and http://www.friends-lulu.org/ both of which deal with issues of gender in comics/GN's. The former has nice reviews, and is updated monthly. they also have a very active messsage board.
