Hello all!
I am an elementary librarian in a 3rd-5th grade school. Our guidance counselor came to me a few days ago and asked if I had a recommendation for a chapter book to help a female student who is going through some pre-puberty anxiety problems. The girl is very bright, a good reader, and comes from a relatively problem-free family with much older brothers and wealthy parents. Although she likes to read, se has somewhat discriminating tastes and might best be described as one who likes realistic fiction best. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks!
