I didn't necessarily find these either, but then I saw THE TALE OF DESPEREAUX as something of a modern fairy tale, and I'm hard pressed to find too many loving relationships and/or abiding friendships in fairy tales, at least not anything to rival DAVID COPPERFIELD.
