I'd like to add my recommendation to the other letters praising The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightime. (Did I get the title right? I don't have it handy.) So far I've bought 3 copies for Christmas presnets for both children and grandchildren. In my opinion it's one of those books that lead to animated disucssion between teens and adults and consequently widen the horizons of both. I'm woefully ignorant, Kathleen-- is it not eligible for the Printz award? Sally Derby
