Dear Friends, Our dear friend and colleague, Mary Jane Tacchi, Coordinator of Young Adult Services at The New York Public Library lost her long struggle with leukemia. She passed away in her sleep at Calvary Hospital in the Bronx on Monday, September 1 at approximately 1:30 A.M.

A service for Mary Jane will be held on Friday, September 5 at 3:30 P.M. at the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Chapel, 1076 Madison Avenue _at_ 81st Street.

We shall all miss her beauty, intelligence, grace and kindness.
