The version of A Little Princess mentioned was directed by Alfonso Cuaron who is also the director of the next Harry Potter movie. So, those of you who like your movie adaptations pure had better steel yourselves! I was dubious about moving the setting of A Little Princess to New York, but it is a lovely movie and I'm looking forward to seeing what the director does with Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. It may upset purists, but if I can deal with Stanley Yelnats slimming down for his movie, I'm sure I can bear other changes for my favorite Harry Potter book!
