Well I'm holding the Canadian edition of Goblet of Fire in hand and on the jacket, both the logos for Raincoast and Bloomsbury appear. On the copyright page, it notes first publication in the UK as Bloomsbury and first Canadian publication, as Melanie notes, by Raincoast. While Raincoast does have a distribution line, this is clearly a book published by Raincoast. And I know that Harry V will also be published by Raincoast -- in what I will assume will again be a joint Raincoast-Bloomsbury imprint.
