being anxious about the release are kindergarteners through 3rd graders. They overwhelming respond > "> yes> "> when asked if they are Harry Potter fans and are anxious for The Order of the Phoenix to come out. When asking 4th, 5th and 6th graders they are not so enthusiastic and look around before raising their hands. The best way to know is, to ask the older kids again a year from now to see how many of them read it. This is intruiging, Nancy. I wonder how kindergarteners are going to LIFT much less get through HPV?!
I for one am going to be most fascinated to see how this and the remaining two books are received - not only because the thing hasn't even been published yet, we have no idea if it's any good - but also because of this whole issue of the aging of the characters relative to the audience etc. What IS she going to do with him when he's 17?!
