Two other awards:
l. Lee Bennett Hopkins Poetry Award: An annual award presented by Penn State University to a book of poetry either an original collection or anthology. The 03 winner is Constance Levy for SPLASH! (Orchard). Honor Books may also be cited. See keynote Lee Bennett Hopkins.
2. Lee Bennett Hopkins/International Reading Association Promising New Poet Award, given every three years to a poet who has published one but not more than two books of poetry. Previous winners include Deborah Chandra; Kristine O'Connell George, Craig Crist-Evans. Next award will be given in 04. For information: www.ira.org All volumes must be received for consideration by l2/03.

PS: Both awards receive a cash prize of $500.00, plus trophies.
