I just finished reading this book, but it has been on my shelf for since September and on display. I have shown it to a number of my students, but have had no takers. One or two looked at it, but it just didn't seem to appeal to them. After reading it myself, I think it's appeal is going to be for a very limited number of young adults mostly because it does jump back and forth in time, and between two sets of characters.
